These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase and use of all Playbooks sold by Talisman AI Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or downloading any Playbook, you agree to these Terms.

2. What we sell

 

 

We provide digital Playbooks (Lite, Accelerate, and Bespoke editions) in PDF and/or editable formats. These are designed to support SMEs in adopting AI in practical, ethical, and effective ways.

3. How to buy

 

 

  • Purchases can be made via our online store at www.talisman-ai.co.uk

  • Payment must be made in full before download access is provided

  • Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT (if applicable)

4. Delivery of digital products

 

 

  • Playbooks are delivered as digital downloads via a secure link after payment

  • Links are provided by email and/or on the order confirmation page

  • You are responsible for ensuring the email address provided is correct and for downloading the file promptly

5. Licence and permitted use

 

 

When you purchase a Playbook, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business purposes.

You may not:

 

  • Share, resell, sub-licence, or distribute the Playbook to third parties

  • Reproduce or adapt the Playbook for commercial resale

    All intellectual property rights remain with Talisman AI Ltd.

6. Refunds & cancellations

 

 

Under UK consumer law, digital products are not eligible for cancellation or refund once the download has started, unless the product is faulty.

If you believe your Playbook is faulty or the download link doesn’t work, contact us within 14 days at roger@talisman-ai.co.uk and we will replace or repair the file.

Our Playbooks are provided for general information and guidance. They are not legal, financial, or technical advice, and outcomes may vary depending on how they are applied. You remain responsible for any actions taken based on the Playbook content.

    Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

10. Governing law

 

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
